The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Through The Government Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Pesos (php 1,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Labor And Materials For The Concreting Of Barangay Road At Looban, Sabatan, Orion, Bataan (24itb-inf-lvo4-090). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty-five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
