Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Camarines Sur Municipality Of Ocampo Invitation To Bid Procurement Of Twenty-six (26) Units Barangay Rescue Vehicles (name Of Project) Vehicles (brief Description Of Goods) The Municipal Government Of Ocampo, Through The Early Procurement Activity (epa), Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 25,000,000.00, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Twenty-six (26) Units Barangay Rescue Vehicles, Hereby Invites/requests Interested Suppliers To Bid And/or Express Their Interest For This Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Delivery Of Goods Is Required By April 25, 2025. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents, Instruction To Bidders (itb). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations-part A (irr-a) Of R.a. 9184, Otherwise Known As The Government Procurement Reform Act And Is Restricted To Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, As Specified In R.a. 5183 Only Bids From Bidders Who Pass The Eligibility Check Will Be Opened.
