Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Albay Municipality Of Oas Local Government Unit Oas Invitation To Bid For Supply/delivery For Procurement Of Books 1. The Local Government Unit Of Oas, Through The Annual Budget 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Delivery/supply Of Books. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Oas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
