The municipality of Niedergörsdorf intends to commission a service provider on behalf of Focus - Forum for Conversion and Urban Development and subject to funding approval from the Mwae - to prepare, organize, coordinate and provide technical support for the "Conversion Summer 2025". The Conversion Summer has been taking place annually since 1998. The individual events are held between May and October/November of the current year. Since 1994, the state of Brandenburg has been working successfully to eliminate the consequences of decades of military use of large areas of land and to make them usable for peaceful purposes - so-called conversion. When the Soviet forces withdrew, over 100,000 hectares fell to the state of Brandenburg. Numerous municipalities throughout the state of Brandenburg are affected by the conversion. Preparation, support, coordination and documentation of the entire series of events for the Conversion Summer 2025. Organisation of the series of events.
