Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty (30) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Projects Within Two (2) Years, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And At Least Fifty Percent (50%), Prior From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
