The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, Through The General Fund 2024/ Spp 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Fifty One Thousand, Sixty Pesos (php851,060.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Materials For Embankment Of Integrated Terminal/10-029-24-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty (30) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Projects, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And At Least Fifty Percent (50%), Prior From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
