The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, Through The General Fund Fy 2025 /app 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million, Four Hundred Thirty One Thousand, Five Hundred Twenty Five Pesos (pphp2,431,525.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Food Catering And Services For Aabutin Ang Rural Ihahatid Ang Serbisyo Sa Barangay Activity/01-004-25-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty Three (33) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Projects Within Two (2) Years, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And At Least Twenty Five Percent (25%), Prior From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Through The General Services Office- Bac-secretariat And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:30 Am To 4:30 Pm During Office Hours. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On January 28. 2025 To February 17, 2025 From The Given Address And Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00) To The Lgu-municipal Treasurer’s Office Cashier.
