The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon, Through The General Fund 2024/ 4th Spp 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Pesos (php849,420.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Uniforms To Be Used During Division Athletic Meet 2025//11-035-24-goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit, Mulanay, Quezon Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within Thirty (30) Day Only. Bidders Should Have Completed Projects, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And At Least Fifty Percent (50%), Prior From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
