Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 1,452,244.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Repair And Improvements Of Hanging Steel Footbridge, Brgy. Montilla, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipments For This Project Located At This Municipality. Completion Of Works Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years A Slcc That Is Similar To The Project To Be Bid Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. 3.
