The Municipality Of Moises Padilla Through The Allocation From Its Mun. 20% Dev’t. Fund, 300 Cy, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 1,452,244.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Improvement Of Farm To Market Road, Sitio Hiniwaan, Brgy. Magallon Cadre, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For This Project Located At This Municipality. Completion Of Works Is Thirty (30) Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
