Lgu-minalabac, Camarines Sur, Through Gf, Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eight & 24/100 (p 999,408.24) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Concreting Of Pathwalk At Zone 1a, Antipolo, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-minalabac, Camarines Sur, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors To Submit Bids For Concreting Of Pathwalk At Zone 1a, Antipolo, Minalabac, Camarines Sur. Completion Of Works Required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Of At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid: Provided, However, That Contractors Under Small A And Small B Categories Without Similar Experience On The Contract To Be Bid May Be Allowed To Bid If The Cost Of Such Contract Is Not More Than The Allowable Range Of Contract Cost (arcc) Of Their Registration Based On The Guidelines As Prescribed By The Pcab.
