Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-minalabac, Camarines Sur, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Contractors To Submit Bids For Construction Of Slope Protection At Zone 4, Antipolo, Minalabac, Cam. Sur. Completion Of Works Required 53 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
