The Local Government Unit Of Mayoyao, Ifugao, Through The 2024 Capital Outlay-mdrrmo Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (php1, 700,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of One (1) Unit Customize Rescue Vehicle With Ambulatory Equipment . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Mayoyao, Ifugao, Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Contract. Delivery Of Goods Is Required For 15 Days Upon Issuance Of The Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizen/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
