Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Eastern Samar Municipality Of Maydolong Barangay Maybocog Invitation To Bid For Supply & Delivery Of Various Office Equipment 1. The Barangay Government Of Barangay Maybocog, Maydolong, Eastern Samar, Through The Supplemental Budget No.3 S. 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Fifty-two Thousand One Hundred Thirty Pesos Only (php 152,130.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Various Office Equipment. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Barangay Maybocog, Maydolong, Eastern Samar Now Invites Bids For Supply & Delivery Of Various Office Equipment. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 15 Calendar Days After Issuance Of Ntp/po. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
