The Municipal Government Of Maydolong, Eastern Samar, Through The 2025 Municipal Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million One Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos & 02/100 Only (php 5,199,699.02), Meo-020-25 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Implementation Of Municipal Development Projects 1: Memorial Park Development Project (phase Ii), Mun. Road Improvement Project At Ditalo St. Brgy 05, Brgy. Road Improvement Project At Brgy. Campakirit, Construction Of Student Gazebo, Construction Of Brgy. Pathway At Brgy. Del Pilar & Improvement Of Lapgap High School Pathway). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Maydolong, Eastern Samar Now Invites Bids For The Implementation Of Municipal Development Projects. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Cooperatives, And Partnerships Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
