Town Hall, Poblacion Sur Mayantoc, Tarlac Approved Budget For The Contract :p 670,000.00 All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre- Bidding Conference, Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations By Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Irr. 1. The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Feeding Program For Pregnant Women. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Thirty(30) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Six Hundred Seventy Thousand (p670,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of One Thousand Pesos Only (p1,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting Sept. 30, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.eligible Bidders Must Submit Their Bids On Or Before Oct. 8, 2024.
