The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Rehabilitation Of Dike At Barangay Mapandan, Mayantoc, Tarlac. The Project Shall Be Completed Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Million Two Hundred Thousand (p1,200,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (p5,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting April 25, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. A Pre-bid Conference Is Set On May 3, 2024, At 10:30 Am At The Municipal Town Hall. Only Eligible Bidders That Have Paid The Amount Required Shall Be Issued Bidding Documents And Will Be Allowed To Attend The Pre-bid Conference.
