The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Procurement Of Entertainment Services ( Band Concert) In Celebration Of The 1st Rag-o Ti Mannalon Festival. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Eight Hundred Ten Thousand (p810,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of One Thousand Pesos Only (p1,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting January 14, 2025. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Eligible Bidders Must Submit Their Bids On Or Before Jan. 21, 2025. A Bid Security In The Prescribed Form And Amount Must Accompany All Bids. 5. Bid Opening Will Be On Jan. 21, 2025, At 10:00 Am At The Municipal Town Hall, Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids Will Be Open In The Presence Of The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative. 6. The Bids And Awards Committee Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, To Annul The Bidding Process, And To Reject All Bids At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
