The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Purchase And Delivery Of Office Supplies And Consumables For The 1st Semester 2024. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Million Three Hundred Sixteen Thousand (p1,316,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (p5,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting May 30, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. A Pre-bid Conference Is Set On June 7, 2024, At 10:30 Am At The Municipal Town Hall. Only Eligible Bidders That Have Paid The Amount Required Shall Be Issued Bidding Documents And Will Be Allowed To Attend The Pre-bid Conference. Eligible Bidders Must Submit Their Bids On Or Before June 19, 2024. A Bid Security In The Prescribed Form And Amount Must Accompany All Bids. 5. Bid Opening Will Be On June 19, 2024, At 10:00 Am At The Municipal Town Hall, Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids Will Be Open In The Presence Of The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative. 6.
