Description 1. The Lgu-mariveles, Through The Budget Of The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Nine Hundred Forty-one Thousand, Two Hundred Seventy-three And 90/100 Pesos (php1,941,273.90) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Drugs And Medicines For All Units Of Mho (3rd And 4th Qtr. 2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-mariveles Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within 15 Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
