Description 1. The Lgu-mariveles, Through The Budget Of The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million, Six Hundred Fifty-six Thousand, Two Hundred Pesos (php6,656,200.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation And Improvement Of The Municipal Hall Building. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu-mariveles Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
