Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Capiz Municipality Of Mambusao Invitation To Bid For The Rehabilitation Of Multi-purpose Building (phase 1) At Barangay Bating, Mambusao, Capiz The Muncipality Of Mambusao, Capiz Through Its 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Fifty Three Thousand Forty Three Pesos & 20/100 (p1,053,043.20) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Invitation To Bid For A Rehabilitation Of Multi-purpose Building (phase 1) At Barangay Bating, Mambusao, Capiz. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipality Of Mambusao, Capiz Now Invites Bids For The Above-project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 3. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Seventy Five Percent (75%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines. 4.
