Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Capiz Municipality Of Mambusao Invitation To Bid For The Concreting Of Bato-bato Sitio Nabungan Road With Street Lights At Barangay Bato-bato, Mambusao, Capiz The Municipality Of Mambusao, Capiz Through Its 20% Development Fund 2025 D Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p5, 500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Invitation To Bid For A Concreting Of Bato-bato Sitio Nabungan Road With Street Lights At Barangay Bato-bato, Mambusao, Capiz. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Local Government Unit Of Mambusao, Capiz Now Invites Bids For Theabove-project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Ninety (90) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 3.
