Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.` The Lgu Malapatan , Through The Gf Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos Only ( Php 1,000.000.00 ) Pr No. B 2024-12-068 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Malapatan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project.
