The Local Government Unit Of Malangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 150 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 2. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Lgu Malangas And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Secretariat, Monday-friday (8:00a.m-5:00p.m). 3. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On August 7-14, 2024 Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee (non-refundable) For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Ten Thousand Pesos (php. 10,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person. 4. Prospective Bidders Should Have Experience In Undertaking A Similar Project Within The Last Two (2) Years, With Nfcc Of Equal To The Abc To Be Bid. The Eligibility Check/screening As Well As The Preliminary Examination Of Bids Shall Use Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria. Post Qualification Of The Lowest Calculated Bid Shall Be Conducted. 5. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Of The Bac Secretariat. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted. All Bids Must Be Accompanied By A Bid Security In Any Of The Acceptable Forms And In The Amount Stated In Itb.
