The Local Government Of Malalag, Through 20% Dev’t Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Fifty-one Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos (php 2,451,250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “upgrading Of Municipal Road At Adelfa St., With Road Network Id No. 1124080000001”. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Upgrading Of Municipal Road At Adelfa St., With Road Network Id No. 1124080000001. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Local Government Of Malalag And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
