The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php 650,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of 50kva Generator Set For Super Health Center Of Lgu-mahaplag, Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of 50kva Generator Set For Super Health Center Of Lgu-mahaplag, Leyte. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 90 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
