Description Invitation To Bid For The Construction Of Small Water Impounding Project (swip) At Various Barangays Phase Ii The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 5 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Eight Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (₱6,870,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Small Water Impounding Project (swip) At Various Barangays Phase Ii With Solicitation Number 24-12-235. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magsingal Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required By May 27, 2025 (120 Calendar Days). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Magsingal And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During Office Hours (8:00 A.m. To 12:00 P.m. And 1:00 P.m. To 5:00 P.m.) A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On December 30, 2024 To January 20, 2025 From The Given Address Below And Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Ten Thousand Pesos (₱10,000.00). The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person. The Municipality Of Magsingal Will Hold A Pre-bid Conference On January 06, 2025 At Municipal Hall Lobby, Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Which Shall Be Open To Prospective Bidders. Bids Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Through Manual Submission At The Office Address Indicated Below On Or Before January 20, 2025 At 9:00 A.m. Late Bids Shall Not Be Accepted.
