Description August 19, 2024 Invitation To Bid For Upgrading Of Levels Of Services And Expansion Of Level Iii Water System At Brgy. Kabulusan, Magallanes, Cavite The Municipality Of Magallanes, Cavite, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sangguniang Bayan Under Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Thirteen Million Three Hundred Thirty-three Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-three Pesos (p 13,333,333.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Upgrading Of Levels Of Services And Expansion Of Level Iii Water System At Brgy. Kabulusan, Magallanes, Cavite. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magallanes, Cavite Now Invites Bids For The Above Contract To Be Submitted At The Bac Office. Completion Of The Contract Is Required Fifteen (15) Days After The Date Of The Advice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of The Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. (i) Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Section 23.5.1.1(a),(b), (c), (d). Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Magallanes, Cavite And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below Before October 1, 2024; (i) A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders On Or Before October 1, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Twenty Five Thousand Pesos Only (p 25,000.00). (ii) It May Also Be Downloaded Free Of Charge From The Website Of The Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (philgeps), Provided That Bidders Shall Pay The Nonrefundable Fee For The Bidding Documents Not Later Than The Submission Of Their Bids.
