The Municipality Of Madrid, Surigao Del Sur Has Funds From 20% Local Development Fund (ldf) For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building (phase I) Located In Brgy. San Antonio, Madrid, Surigao Del Sur. 2. The Municipality Of Madrid, Surigao Del Sur Now Invites Bids For Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building (phase I). Completion Of The Works Is Required By 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted In Accordance With Relevant Procedures For Open Competitive Bidding As Specified In The Irr Of Ra 9184, With Some Amendments, As Stated In These Bidding Documents And Is Open To All Bidders. The Contract Shall Be Awarded To The Lowest Calculated Responsive Bidder (lcrb) Who Was Determined As Such During Post-qualification. The Estimated Total Project Cost For This Project Is (php 1,472,844.40) One Million Four Hundred Seventy Two Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Four & 40/100 Pesos Only. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Bids And Awards Committee Of The Municipality Of Madrid, Surigao Del Sur And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00am To 5:00pm, Mondays To Fridays. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders From January 14-february 12, 2025 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee For The Bidding Documents In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos Only (php 5,000.00).
