Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Equipment For Operation Center (ldrrm) 1. The Local Government Of Maconacon, Isabela, Through Ldrrm Fund And As Per Authority To Supply And Delivery Of Equipment For Operation Center (ldrrm) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Sixty-six Thousand Pesos (p1,666,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Equipment For Operation Center (ldrrm)” The Period For The Performance Of The Obligations Under The Contract Shall Not Go Beyond The Validity Of The Corresponding Appropriations For The Project. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Maconacon, Isabela Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Equipment For Operation Center (ldrrm) In Maconacon, Isabela Is Required For A Contract Duration Of 15 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 5 Calendar Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
