The Municipality Of Mabuhay, Through The Annual Investment Plan Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php3,240,000.00) Being Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Shall Be The Contract For Mzsp-2024-06-11. Bids Received In Excess Of Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mabuhay Now Invites Bids For Concreting Of Rural Access Road (188meters Pres.sergio Osmena St.) Completion Of Work Is Required Sixty-four Days (64) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretory Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulation (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra9184), Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
