Description 1. The City Government Of Mabalacat, Through The 20% Development Fund For 2025 Intends To Apply The Sum Of: A. One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (p1,500,000.00) For The Improvement Of Barangay Health Center At Brgy. Lakandula/pr#20250121-01-i B. One Million Five Hundred Pesos (p1,500,000.00) For The Additional Improvement Of Rhu Iii (tb Dots Area)/pr#20250121-02-i Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bidding And Award Of Contract Shall Be On A Per Lot Basis. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The City Government Of Mabalacat Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
