Description Invitation To Bid Ib # 2024-002 Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Completion Of Covered Court Barangay Calunasan, Mlang, Cotabato 1. The Barangay Government Of Calunasan, Mlang, Cotabato Through The Annual Budget 2024 Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Pesos Only (p 235,250.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Completion Of Covered Court At Barangay Calunasan, Mlang, Cotabato. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Government Of Calunasan Now Invites Bids For The The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Seventeen (18) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In The Section Ii (instruction To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
