The Municipal Government Of Lugait, Through The 20% Municipal Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 7,976,185.53 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Concreting Of 1320.0 L.m. Farm-to-market Road At Sitio Cabo-cabo, Barangay Upper Talacogon, Lugait, Misamis Oriental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Lugait Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
