Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Pampanga Municipality Of Lubao Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Christmas Frozen Goods For Indigent Constituents 1. The Municipality Of Lubao Through The Annual Budget 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 9,536,000.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Solicitation Pb No. 2024-076-332 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Lubao, Through The Annual Budget 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 9,536,000.00 Supply And Delivery Of Christmas Frozen Goods For Indigent Constituents Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Lubao Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Start Thirty Days (30) From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
