The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas, Through The 20% Mdf 2023-improvement Of Land For Evacuation Center-barangay Biga Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Sixty-seven Thousand Nine Hundred Eight & 58/100 Pesos (php 967,908.58) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply Of Materials, Labor And Equipment For The Improvement Of Land For Evacuation Center At Barangay Biga, Lobo, Batangas/project Id No. (3-1-09) 2024-06-0016. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 15 Calendar Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
