Interested Bidders Should Have Completed Similar Project With At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc And Meet The Minimum Eligibility Requirements Stated In The Instruction To Bidders (itb). Bidding Is Restricted To Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Outstanding Capital Stock Belong To The Citizens Of The Philippines. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Obtained By Prospective Bidders Up To February 5, 2025 At 10:00am, In The Municipal Government Of Liliw, Laguna Upon Payment Of Non-refundable Amounting To Five Thousand Pesos (php5,000.00).
