The Municipal Government Of Leyte, Through The Authorized Appropriations Under Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million One Hundred One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos (php2, 101,400.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Portable Radio With National Telecommunication Commission License. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Is Required Monthly As Prescribed In The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 60 Days From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
