The Municipal Government Of Leyte, Through The Authorized Appropriations Under General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Sixty Four Thousand Pesos (php664,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The 173nd Founding Anniversary (repair/improvement Of Giant Christmas Tree). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipal Government Of Leyte Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 60cd. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Local Government Unit Of Leyte And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 8:00 A.m – 5:00 P.m. 4.
