The Municipality Of Lemery, Through The Supplemental Budget No. 1 Series Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety- Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy & 22 /100 Pesos (999,970.22) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Barangay Health Station At Barangay Mayasang With Project Identification Number B2024-065. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Lemery Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 40 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
