The Municipality Of Laur, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Twenty-three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Pesos And 31/100 (php 523,240.31) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Road And Construction Of Rcp Culvert Cross Drainage Overflow At Sitio Camias, Barangay San Juan, Laur, Nueva Ecija With Project Identification Number Infra-14-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Laur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Duration Of Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
