The Municipality Of Lanuza, Through The 20% Continuing Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos Only (php 10,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Emergency Operation Center (eoc) Building At Barangay Zone Ii, Lanuza, Surigao Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Lanuza Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Eighty Calendar Days (180 C.d.). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
