The Municipal Government Of Laak, Davao De Oro Through The Mmo General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Sixty-eight Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱1,068,800.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Commercial Rice For The Implementation Of “serbisyo Caravan” Program, Pb-goods-pr No. 24-1257. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Laak, Davao De Oro Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
