The Local Government Of Kayapa, Through The General Fund (meo-mooe) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Seventy-eight Thousand One Hundred Forty-five Pesos Only (php 478,145.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract On The Supply And Delivery Of Various Spare Parts And Related Supplies (meo) With Project Identification Number 2024-11-115. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Kayapa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Sixty Calendar Days A Day After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
