The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa, Through The Municipal Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty-four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 64,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Materials For Completion Of Pressurized Irrigation System (pis) At Dayap, Pangawan, Kayapa, Nv And 2024-04-041. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 15 Calendar Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
