The Municipal Government Of Kasibu, Through The Sb 2023 #2 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Four Hundred Eighteen Thousand Fourteen Pesos And Two Centavos Only (p3,418,014.02) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Box Culvert (ambedbed To School) Along Pao River Located At Pao, Kasibu, Nueva Vizcaya Invitation Number: 92-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Kasibu Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred Seventeen (117) Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non Discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipal Government Of Kasibu-bac Secretariat And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given From 8:00am To 5:00pm. 5.
