The Local Government Unit Of Kapalong, Through The Supplemental Budget # 2- 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Million Pesos Only (p 50,000,000.00 ) Construction Of Multi-purpose Center Phase -i At Brgy. Maniki ,kapalong, Davao Del Norte/ 016-2024 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kapalong Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 300 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
