Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Leyte Municipality Of Kananga Invitation To Bid For Procurement Of Fuels For Government Owned Vehicles And Equipment 1. The Municipality Of Kananga, Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Two Hundred Nineteen Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos (php 4,219,830.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Goods24-01-001 Procurement Of Fuels For Government Owned Vehicles And Equipment. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kananga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required From January To December 2024. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
