The Municipality Of Kananga, Through The 20% Royalty Tax (sb #2) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos And Eighty-five Centavos (php 999,999.85) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Infra2024-10-029 Construction Of Footbridge At Brgy. St. Niño, Kananga, Leyte - Repost. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kananga Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy-five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
